Wills

Everyone should have a will yet few people do. The BBC news once reported that two thirds of people in the UK do not have Wills and  in 2012 the Treasury made £38.5m from people who died without a Will.
There are various reasons as to why you should make a Will , for a lot of people it’s the piece of mind they get from knowing that they have made it as easy as possible for someone to administer their estate, that they have directed where their assets should go and that they have maximised their inheritance tax reliefs and exemption.

The process of making a Will  is usually a lot more straight forward than you might think and  our dedicated team are here to guide you through the process and put you as ease every step of the way.

We are happy to meet with you at our office, however we are also happy to visit you in your own home or in the hospital.
