The safety, health and welfare of our staff and clients remain our top priority.  With this in mind, we have introduced changes to our office environment to ensure that we can continue to provide an effective and efficient service.  All our departments – conveyancing, family law, private client, civil litigation – are on hand and are able to continue working on your matter.  If you are coming into our offices for an appointment, here’s what to expect:

-Please ensure your visit to us is pre-arranged; meetings / appointments need to be booked in (01243 532777).

-Please maintain at least two metres social distancing whilst attending one of our offices

-Use of hand sanitiser is available for clients when entering our premises.

-A strict ‘no handshaking’ policy remains.

-Facemasks, gloves, use of own pens are not mandatory at our offices but are welcomed.

-Clients may be asked to wait outside if arriving early – please arrive just in time for your appointment.

-Clients and any visitors to our offices Track & Trace log – this will be kept for 21 days.

Important note: If you, a member of your household or someone you have been in close contact with are displaying symptoms of COVID19, or have tested positive, please do NOT attend any of our offices.
