Reasons why you need to make a Will

Everyone should have a Will; there are various reasons as to why. For a lot of people, it’s the peace of mind you get from knowing you have made it as easy as possible for someone to administer your estate, as you have named who should be responsible for dealing with your estate, directed where your assets should go and maximised inheritance tax relief and exemption. If you die without a Will, the process can be complicated, unclear and stressful for your loved ones. The process of making a Will  is usually a lot more straightforward than you might think; our dedicated team at Owen Kenny are here to guide you through the process, explain the legal terminology in plain English and put you at ease every step of the way. We are happy to meet with you at our office in Market Avenue, Chichester; however if you are unable to come into the office or would feel more comfortable having someone come out to see you we are also happy to visit you in your own home or at hospital free of charge.

Phone 01243 532777 to arrange an appointment with our friendly Wills team who will be happy to assist you.
