Excellent conveyancing service
Lauren was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. She was very clear what she could advise on and when we needed other specialists. The financial reports she prepared were easy to understand. She was good at keeping us informed while negotiating with the other party’s solicitor, taking on board our ideas and understanding our requirements as executors wishing to pay out quickly and completely. We had real confidence in her and the firm throughout the process. We would recommend her and the firm for conveyancing.

An absolutely first class service
Owen Kenny's staff were immensely supportive in steering us through the numerous complications surrounding an ill relative's property. Very good service
I was pleased with the level of communication and the overall service of competing my mother's estate, even though it was partly during covid, and some financial organisations were exceptionally slow in responding. Kayleigh made it easy and explained simply the things I did not understand. Overall, if I had done it all myself , it would have cost me tens of thousands of pounds more and several years longer!
Furthermore, the firm had served my mother well in much earlier drawing up her lasting powers of attorney (at half the cost of my own done in Bedfordshire) and in writing her will. Thank you!

Divorce is an ugly business but many of my clients had used David Small at the Owen Kenny Partnership and with his 25 years plus experience felt he had represented them and provided an excellent, professional and extremely knowledgeable service. I contacted him and was immediately impressed with his calm and supportive approach. Through several turns and changes of the dynamics which most people going through this process will understand, he was so supportive all the way through the process and made life much calmer and less stressful. So my advice is If you want someone who will fight your corner and be supportive in addition to his years of valuable experience, this is your guy! I had a successful outcome and now refer to him as my Knight in Shining Armour, we all need this strong supportive person backing your corner. My stress was reduced and he regularly provided updates on costs, paperwork and anything else that I needed to know. This man is a legend in the field of Divorce and you want him on your side!

The perfect conveyancing team
Richard Ayling at Owen Kenny has conducted two property transactions for us now. Both have gone seamlessly, and each time we received good, balanced advice. Matrimonial resolution
David Small at Owen Kenny proved to be understanding, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in his handling of my divorce. We had some great straight honest conversations about what was possible within the legal boundaries. Saving a long drawn-out event. I highly recommend his services; he’s a good listener and helps you deal with the legal system in the most positive way. He made the meetings informative but fun, taking away the stresses and emotion involved.

Property purchase with rights of way
Richard Ayling acted for my wife and I on a property purchase in Selsey. Rights of way had been documented differently to adjacent properties, but Owen Kenny tracked down the relevant historic Conveyance documents at HM Land Registry and assured us that we had the rights we needed to access our new property. All in all, a great service and excellent value. Would not hesitate to use Owen Kenny again.

Excellent service throughout two house sales
We used Owen Kenny Partnership to carry out the all the legal work involved in sale of two houses. With one house it was a protracted sale taking over a year to complete. At all times we were kept up to date and informed of how things were progressing. We would highly recommend Owen Kenny Partnership.

Great outcome in a tricky situation
Putting it simply, I needed advice on access to my daughter, as she was due to move abroad with my ex partner. I was unsure on my rights and had been unclear on a ‘father’s’ access and influence in the process. David Small at ‘Owen Kenny’ laid it out simply and, more importantly, in an understanding way. I was angry at the situation and needed his guidance and his ability to steer me in the right and correct direction. His clear advice allowed me to make correct and legal decisions. I write this review now as I am out of the other side of the issue and ‘it worked’. In summary without David’s advice my daughter and I would be in a very different place in our relationship, also her view that her father was there for her! Thank you Owen Kenny, a good team!

Fabulous!
I’ve been fortunate to have had the benefit of Emily Allchurch’s help, support and knowledge over the past few years when dealing with Probate on three separate occasions for close family members and a family friend – the most recent was quite a complex situation for me involving a Trust. Emily’s friendly, professional, efficient and straight forward approach has been a huge help; without her guidance and support I would never have been able to get through it all. It really has been a godsend.
