Questions that clients ask during a meeting to make a Will

What is a Life Interest Trust?

Including provisions for a Life Interest Trust in a Will means that a person benefits from an asset or income during their lifetime and when their beneficial interest ends, usually on their death or earlier remarriage, the trust property passes to the beneficiary of your choice . Trustees would also be appointed to manage the trust. This is the most common type of will trust for the blended family.
