Initial instructions (on a house purchase) and what that means to you

Once you have had an offer accepted, you will need to provide your Conveyancer with "Initial Instructions". This means giving us the initial details about yourself and the property transaction.

Some examples of information we will require from you at this stage are as follows:-

  • What is the purchase price?

  • Is there an estate agent involved?

  • Is the property Freehold or Leasehold?

  • Do you have a mortgage?

  • Are there any proposed timescales for exchange and completion to work towards?

If you would like our conveyancing team to handle your transaction, please call 01243 790532 or email your enquiry to us at info@owenkenny.co.uk
