(1) Divorce proceedings £1,600 to include court fees and VAT. Includes: Support from a solicitor through the divorce process, Completion of all online divorce forms for all steps up to a final order, Regular updates on the progress of your divorce proceedings.

(2) Preparation of a consent order (if you have agreed a settlement) £1,200 inclusive of court fees and VAT. Includes: Advice from a solicitor on the terms of the agreed settlement, Preparation of a draft order for your consideration, Preparation of statement of information (D81) for a consent order, Sending documents to the other party for approval, Submission of documents to the court, Reporting to you on the outcome.
